Brown Tree orders are packaged and delivered Monday through Friday.

 

SHIPPING TIMEABLE

All orders are fulfilled within three business days after the order is placed.

For personalized items, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sales promotions.

We currently ship all domestic orders via courier. Please note that Brown Tree does not charge a handling fee.

All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination.

 

If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select a Go-Send or Grab Delivery shipping method

Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country.

 

Brown Tree is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

All pricing displayed on this site is quoted in Rupiah (IDR). All sales are a final sale.

There is no refund policy or any sale price adjustments.
